Creation and delivery

• My creation process can require 3 to 7 days to finish.• The length of the process will rely upon the intricacy of the piece and any personal life interruptions.• When finished you will receive your quality PNG image through desired method (for example, email, discord, Instagram, etc).• I will check in with you at each significant phase of the piece and roll out any important improvements to guarantee satisfaction with the piece.• Extra charges might apply if a more complicated change is mentioned. Instances of a more perplexing change incorporate however are not restricted to: adding extra characters, details, as well as expanded background.

Payment

• Payment is needed in full before I start working.• I accept payment in CAD through paypal or through Robux in the equal amount of CAD.• You can receive a refund before I begin working on the piece.• in the case of receiving a refund, you will receive 90% back of the total amount.• In the event that you are getting a discount, don't demand a Paypal chargeback. I will by and by move the cash back to you inside 24 hours of the discount demand.• If you demand a chargeback through paypal, you will lose the privileges to the authorized work of art and be blacklisted from appointing me later on.• Costs are liable to change dependent on request.

Right and distribution

• As the craftsman I hold all rights to the art piece.• I won't claim the intellectual property of the work of art.• I hold the right to post the commissioned piece via online media and in my portfolio.• You may use the art piece how you see fit as long unless it is not agreed upon.• You may upload the commissioned workmanship onto any site.• You may not create profits from the authorized piece except if it is in any case settled upon.
